    Missed Appointment & Late Cancellation Fee

    Any missed appointments—including no-shows and cancellations made within 48 business hours of your scheduled visit—are subject to a $100 fee. This policy is in place to help ensure availability for all patients and maintain fairness in scheduling.

    Late Arrivals

    Arriving late to your appointment may reduce your treatment time or result in a cancellation, which will be subject to the same $100 fee. Please plan accordingly to get the most from your visit.

    Frequent Cancellations or No-Shows

    Patients with a pattern of missed or last-minute cancellations may be required to pre-pay for future appointments to reserve their spot.

    Dismissal Policy

    Please be aware that we reserve the right to dismiss patients from our practice based on missed appointments, including repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations.
