Led by Tammy Nolan, ARNP, our clinic brings a unique level of expertise to the community. Tammy is proud to be the first provider in our area with such extensive training and experience in functional and integrative care. With 28 years in medicine, Tammy began specializing in hormone replacement therapy (HRT) in 2011, which lead to opening her own practice in 2015.

Our approach is rooted in listening. We meet each patient where they are, taking the time to understand their specific concerns, goals, and overall health. We believe in treating the whole person—not just the lab results—through individualized care plans that support long-term wellness. With a focus on hormone optimization, intimate wellness, cardiac disease prevention, gut health, and more, our goal is to help you achieve lasting health and vitality.

We realized that as our patients began to feel better, a common theme emerged:
“I feel better—but I don’t look how I feel.”

This insight shaped the natural evolution of our clinic. Patients wanted their outward appearance to reflect the progress they were experiencing internally. In response, we expanded our services to include aesthetic care—beginning with women’s intimate wellness and growing into IV therapy and more advanced treatments.

This is where our philosophy of functional aesthetics was born.
