With 27 years in medicine, Tammy has pursued her passion for Wellness, Functional Medicine, and disease prevention.
After extensive experience in family practice and women’s health, she sought a better approach to her patients’ health.
In the last 9 years, her practice, Choice Health & Wellness, has grown from a one-room setup into a thriving clinic.
Besides improving patient wellness, Choice Health & Wellness focuses on hormone optimization, intimate wellness, cardiac disease prevention, and more.
This clinic embodies Tammy’s philosophy of treating patients uniquely and empowering them to reach their full potential.
